I’m Kelly Beddingfield, a real estate agent serving East Tennessee and the Knoxville area. I earned my bachelor’s degree in History and English, along with my master’s degree in Secondary Education, from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
For more than a decade, I balanced teaching students in grades 6–11 while also building successful businesses centered around communication, leadership, and helping people grow with confidence. Those experiences naturally led me into real estate — a career where I can combine my passion for connecting with people and helping others navigate important life decisions.
